My door wont stay shut. The only way it well stay shut, is if hold it shut and lock it. Has anyone else had this problem or could tell me whats wrong with it.

I suggest you remove the latch mechanism from inside door and flush it clean with WD40, then apply some oil to it. Other choice is to just flush with WD in place. Doesn't take a whole bunch. WD is only temporary where the oil lasts for a long time.

The striker on door frame is adjustable so you might want to look into that if lubeing up the latch doesn't work.
