Does anyone know if they used the same fuel tank 80 as they did in 79 also is a 2 wheel drive tank the same as a 4x4

as far as i can think just look them over to see if they look the same if all the fuel lines look like it do it i dont see why not but some one on here as done it i am sure :wink:

Yes Mark the fuel tanks will interchange. The only difference is the 4x4 has the metal sheild for added protection,but the tanks are same. I have 4x4's and 4x2's. I've changed a lot of parts from 1 to another.
