Does anyone have a clue on what these 2 items are?
They are on the back of a 77 luv just under the back
(right piece)
I was guessing motion alarm detector but looks like stock paint on it and its wired into the rear plug.
(left piece)
the other piece some sorta tag ? has 8 7 7 stamped in it

Anyone have these on their trucks too?

it looks like a tail light converter to install trailer lights.

Thanks for the info guys
I will leave it alone till i get into the wiring of lights

w/ the yellow paint on it kinda makes me think its stock but the zip tie make me think otherwise

The bumper didnt have any hitch hookup but probally will in the future

I may have Had a use for that BOMB (w/ the problems that GREMLIN was causeing me)
But
Now that i've found this site & signed on and all these HELPFUL PEOPLE
have came to my aid to the Yellow Submarine's problems.
I don't think i will have a use for it.

ohhh 1 more question
HOW DO I PULL IT OFF w/o blowing myself to where you all live... :?
I don't want to cross/short any wires
