I was recently gifted my late granfathers old 75 chevy luv mikado wich i learned to drive on......and ive put many of many hours getting it to run...battery,wires.plugs,gastank,put electfuel pump, coil, carb(weber).altanater...fuses...you name it..coil.distribitor..whatever..and guess what it runs great!..for like two to 5 minutes and then it just dies...and stalls ...?? help me please.....!

Does it start right up again after stalling or do you have to crank the starter for a while?

Before hitting the starter next time it stalls, look down the carb and have someone pump the gas pedal. You should be getting gas squirting, if not its a fuel pump or float level problem. :idea:

hey thanks a million!!!..checked fuel pump relay switch and it was faulty .....put another check in the wins column..ozluvtrucker...
