Yes I'm guilty havent done a complete search on the website but I have acouple questions.

My father gave my stepson a 1980 chevy luv with a bad whole for his 15th birthday So I pulled out the Motor and tore it down found a crack between the three and four whole when I magned fluxed it and it looks like the head had some dmg to it also the allumin in the valve train is all messed up.

Well I found anthor g180 block for 100 dollars and was wondering if a g200 engine timing will fit on the g180.

Ill test the allumin head this week sometime to see if has any cracks in the pressure tank.

Also just found a 1977 luv stepside was wondering if i could put the stepside onto the 80 truck or should i just through the rebuilt motor into the 77 depending on how the rest of the body is looking didnt even think about that.

I would really like something older I think 75 and older that away I wouldnt have to worry about smog.

Anyway
New Luv owner from Anderson, CA.
going to go do some more research still trying to find an older chevy luv stepside.

edit
frogot this step side has a duel headlights will this fight onto the 80 truck depending on which body is better ?
