you can get parts from schucks, checkers, and kragens cheaper! all you have to do is go to www partsamerica com they are affeliated with them and have to honor the price from partsamerica com once you find what you need put it in shopping cart and the print the shopping cart page out and take it down its that simple. this has saved me hundreds of dollors. like this voltage reg for my 80 luv 4x4 at the store was $85 and throught parts america it was $33.99. hope this helps you out.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from partsamerica.com. I will never goto Napa again. I had a nice list together complete with part numbers and went to the Napa store and the guy checked availability(they had it all) for me and said I would get a better price if i did it online because the parts were all over the country and I would save on shipping(suspension parts etc). Well after I placed the order and waited a week and a half and shot them an e-mail to find out the order satis. Well they said they had a problem and had cancelled my order. I wonder how long they were gona make me wait before telling me.
I sent the same list to partsamerica and in 4 days i had it all and it was cheaper. I have seen a whole lot of laziness from Napa people and will not waist my time going there again.

I have quite the opposite experince. Even those partsamerica is cheaper, the quailty of parts is crap. I may buy stuff like oil from them, but my family has to return a bunch of aletnators, starters, fuel pumps, and the list goes on. The Napa stores, actually have people that can have a fairly good knowledge of cars. Furthermore I have found parts on Napa online for my Luv that I coudn't find elsewhere.
