will my 78 2wd tranny bolt up to the transfer case of my 80. can i take the transfer case off and take the one off the 78 and bole them together or are the shafts different. n e help will be appreciated. matt

I am still trying to find a five speed bolt in. The only thing I have found is a five speed out of a newer isuzu with a wet clutch. That will be a fun mod.

transfer cases are part of the tranny. If the tranny isnt a 4x4 one then a T-case will not bolt up to it.
