I am not really sure how to describe this but heres my best shot. When going up a hill or just putting it under a bit more of a load i seem to lose a lot of torque or power. The engine sounds fine and the rpms dont do anything unusual its just that the truck is not responding like normal. any ideas? clutch, tranny, rear end thanx

could be as simple as timing or your vac. advance

Do you mean it hesitates or bogs when you give it a bit more throttle?
If so you may need to have your carb rebuilt or the accelerator pump replaced inside the carb.
