there must be some thing about needing to have a t-stat in because one time the truck overheated so i put a t-stat in and drained the water and put all new waterin and it runs at about 190 with no antifreeze sounds awesome

Doh, not sure what you know about bugs, but it might be a Super Beetle. The front ends are not really off road friendly on the SB's....

I had a white '68 baja a couple years back myself.

Oh, you really should put some coolant in your truck. Water will cause rust and my recent experience with rusty engine guts was just no fun...

i have about half a gallon of coolant in there now. the truck runs about 190-200. i want a glasspack because the stock exhasut sucks and its got a header. i want noise! lol yea ive never seen a super b that i could actually look at but that is what everyone says. then i want one of those 3x3 kits that make it like hella wider and taller.

Did you buy the bug? I see the posting has been deleted...

I was just down on Harrison St in CG to pick up some bunk beds. Didn't you hear my truck? The muffler is pretty much shot and it's idling about 2500 RPM right now. Small kids on bicycles were staring and running away at the same time. Hope it wasn't anyone you know...*grin*
