I know that several of you have rebuilt your engines, and was wanting to know if anybody can tell me appoximate costs. The engine components are good and don't need replacement, but I was thinking of putting in new rods and a little bigger piston in case the walls are scores. Thanks to any and all who care to put in their two cents.

I took my long blocks (2) to a local shop and each one was around $1000.
