Someone posted this on Yahoo answers and I honestly can't answer this question. I would think so but looking through the pics I only found 1 1972 with a bottle on the firewall and it was different shape then all the ones I have seen and most didnt have a bottle. Is the one guy right about the foot pump???

Wow, one guy posted on a foot pump, that seems like something that could be done, but I have never ever seen that. Hopefully Ctmandu can post on this, he would know this one !

There is nothing like that in the parts manual that I recall seeing, so I'm going to say they should have all come with an electric washer with a bottle on the firewall.

I have seen the foot pump deal before, it was on a late 60s Ford truck, like a 2 ton with a box van on the back. It worked about as you would expect. If you stomped on the thing hard and only wanted a tiny squirt it would spritz a bit out.
