Start by adjusting the mixture screw in all the way. lightly seated to not damage the needle. Back it out 3 turns to start. With engine warmed up to operating temp, adjust idle speed screw (not mixture) to 900 rpm. Slowly adjust the mixture left or right to the highest rpm. Readjust rpm to 900 again if necessary. Go back and forth as necessary. Lastly slowly adjust mixture in untill the engine just starts to slow a tiny bit, then back to the left 1/8 turn.-----hope this helps.
