All I know is the truck has Cali plates on it. I havent found the magazine yet to see the feature on it.

Notes: 7 1/2 in body drop over a stock floor body droped 89 toyota frame, firewall & floor pan. 22r & 4 speed narrowed ford 9in cut the rockers off & plated w/ 1/4in steel.the trucks roof sits 45 1/2in. in hight. on 18in. rims it gets 30in of lift in rear(tri-angulated, hinged, cantilever 4 link) & 15 in front. done in 6 1/2 months, 380hrs by myself in my shop NEEDFULTHINGZ kustom fabrications lancaster, ca. check it out @ ktkustoms.com or myspace.com/ntkustoms

I dunno tilted. Thats is just what is listed under the owners registry. I found it a while back and tried to get in contact with him, but no luck.
