Post subject: Jack and Spare Tire Q's

I've got an '82 Diesel 4x4 and it didn't come with the jack or the rod that is used to raise the jack and lower the spare tire. Anyone know where I can get one or what it looks like? It seems to be an odd sixe and shape.
