Anyone every have problems with fuel lines? cause the last couple of nights, it sounds like my lines are freezing. im not sure if thats what it is, but i dont know what else it could be, cause it runs fine when its decent out

Maybe water in your fuel lines?

Carb. could be icing up.

Stock air cleaner snorkels have been known to ice up. It's tough to diagnose because the icing will melt away quickly and the problem goes away.

i have a cold air intake on it

Are you sure it's an icing problem? Could it be fuel delivery itself. Is the fuel pump constantly running? Maybe the fuel pump is sucking air in to the line between the tank and pump.
You could try and remove the fuel line at the carb, get a clear container and crank the engine over to pump fuel into the container. If there's water in the line, it will settle at the bottom of the container.
Intermittant fuel pump function could mean the fuel pump relay is acting up.
