 Hi all you fellas and accompanying ladies,
I'm so new a newbie this is my very first post!!!
Where should I get a Weber carb from? When you say header, do you mean the intake manifold or the exhaust manifold?
I just got a '78 Luv less than a month ago. Working on it everyday. Had the head shaved and exhaust valves ground. Dropped the oil pan yesterday to clean out the sludge that was never coming out. What a mess--blown head gasket had let water flow into the oil...
Put the head on today, but not yet torqued down.
Maybe somebody could otherwise tell me where to get a rebuild kit for the stock Hitachi.
