this is for anyone making their dash look good after removing the foam.
i'm doing this right now and i came up with a quick way to fill in the void on the top of the steering column left when you remove the foam dash. you just cut the foam part of the dash that was there and shape it to match and glue it to the column plastic. this is the point my pics are at but i plan to fill the gaps and smooth it all out with a lil jb weld and then paint it black to match.

My dash came w/ the foam removed.... I think it looks horrible.

Would love to find a good dash.

Good idea though.

:!: I just put a new dash cap on my Luv, and it looks great! It was made by Accu-Form Plastics in Hurricane, Utah 435-635-9273

I didn't know that until I ordered it from JCWhitney. I paid $89 for mine; maybe you can get a better deal from the manufacturer.

Be sure you do all the prep work and try the cap several times before you go for the glue, which is included.

a cap is only the top though so if you have no foam on the front you're screwed
