ok i've got a little problem. i was idling my truck the other day tuning my carb and it just died. wouldn't restart. i found that it had no power to the coil. so i put a jumper from the pos to the coil resister and she fired right up. when i turn the key on everything on the dash comes on and the blower for the heater starts it's little low speed blowing, but nothin gets to the coil. i'm thinkin it might be the ignition switch but i was wondering if this had ever happened to anyone else and what else could it be if not the switch?

One of the problems with Luv's is their location and design of their fuse box which is very prone to corrosion and poor connections. Try cleaning and/or repairing the connectors and the clips where the fuses snap in...hopefully that will help.
