alright so i've been looking around for stepsides. i've found a couple. not very local, but worth the drive i think. anyways i was just wondering what most people have spent to get a stepside. and how much is too much?

i have paid from free to $250 for the bed and $150 for a stepside truck. i have gone threw 5 beds and not paid more then the $250 on average i have paid $200. they are worth up to $500 in good shape and i wouldn't pay more then that

I was looking at the box on an early 50s Chevy pickup the other day and thinking it would be pretty east to cut down to fit a LUV. Shame to cut up an old truck like that, but on the other hand it would give it a new life if it was header to the scrap heap.
