Do the ports on a small block chevy header line up to the ports on the stock 1.8 in a 1980 luv?

Anyone ever tried this? I need to build a custom header for our turbo 1.8 project and don't feel like making a custom flange. Looks like it has the same port pattern as a sbc, just needs modification for the bolt holes.

Otherwise, where can I get an inexpensive header flange only for the 1.8? Anyone have a junk long tube header?
