I was reading on http://www.Summit.com about this intake, under the info it lists EGR no. My question is, does that mean that you cannot use the EGR valve on this intake? I still have to pass emissions here in Maryland for another 3 years, and I don't want to fail because I removed the EGR. Anyone running this intake, if you could chime in with some info, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, RF.

i think that it means that the egr stuff isnt cast into the intake. i think if your gonna have to pass emmisions your gonna have to hold off on the intake.

correct me if im wrong though...

Hmm, now I did remove the entire emissions assembly (air pump, hoses, check valve, riser, etc..) off my other truck and did pass Hawaii emissions back in 98. MUST HAVE MORE POWER!!!!! :twisted: Or I could wait until it is 30 years old and exemp from emissions. :( Only got two more years to go (mine's a 79). We shall see where this good vs evil thing goes. RF

Did the auto Luvs have EGR????? The Auto I-Mark didnt have it over here on the manual got it.
