Not that I have a new replacement solution for either, but there are two pieces there, which one are you interested in? There is a chrome trim piece on the outside that has rubber attached to it. You'd have to remove the trim and look at it to see how that rubber bit is attached. I don't know if you'll find a perfect match, but I bet somewhere someone sells something that would work in its place. The only difference I could see between wing/non-wing doors is the length of the rubber piece. The inside I believe is more different depending on what style of door you have. The wing window doors have a felt bit that rubs against the window, and I think the solid window doors have another rubber strip in there.

I think this is one of those things where you need to take a trip to a u-pull yard and look at other rigs to see if you can find something similar. If you can find something on a common or popular enough car, then you might find it as a new replacement. No one but Isuzu made a direct replacement, and I highly doubt any replacements are still going to be around.

That bar right under the window that goes from the front of the door clear to the back. It is actually polished stainless I believe. Seems like a lot of trucks have that painted over, I've got a couple like that. My current 4x4 I managed to clean off one side with acetone, though it took some effort.
