Not that I have a new replacement solution for either, but there are two pieces there, which one are you interested in? There is a chrome trim piece on the outside that has rubber attached to it. You'd have to remove the trim and look at it to see how that rubber bit is attached. I don't know if you'll find a perfect match, but I bet somewhere someone sells something that would work in its place. The only difference I could see between wing/non-wing doors is the length of the rubber piece. The inside I believe is more different depending on what style of door you have. The wing window doors have a felt bit that rubs against the window, and I think the solid window doors have another rubber strip in there.
I think this is one of those things where you need to take a trip to a u-pull yard and look at other rigs to see if you can find something similar. If you can find something on a common or popular enough car, then you might find it as a new replacement. No one but Isuzu made a direct replacement, and I highly doubt any replacements are still going to be around.
