I don't think anyplace makes a kit for a suspension lift. You can get about 3 inches out of the front by cranking the torsion bars (an alignment will be needed after doing this) and the rear can be lifted with shackles or by adding to or rearching the springs. There are several old threads on the subject of lifts here, try searching for "suspension lift" or just "lift".
