Guys before your oil change drop a pint or two of ATF in your crankcase,run the engine for a few days to a week. It will help break up any crud on your rings that has built up and clean up your oil galleys. The oil and compression rings will be free to do what they need to do.Also if you use a fuel system cleaner to clean your valves and fuel system it will help get the junk off of your valves which can cause the valves to stick open causing bad compression.
