Well I have helped my father rebuild a Ford Ranger long time ago, and a Chrysler mini van motor, but this was back in Middle School/elementary he was having me help him with those. I had started a rebuild on a S10 back in High School but once i had the motor apart found out the block was damaged and was not fixable and so i sold the truck. So sorta yes this is my first rebuild, as in that it is my first one alone. Counting the 2 Luvs, I have owned 8 cars/trucks and done a lot of work on them, but I am a person who does not like to keep cars to long, fix them and sell them, usually not a profit, just something to do more, I get to bored around here
The 75 Luv how ever I do not have any attentions on selling it, unless maybe I find another one down the line.
Heres the list of cars I have owned in order I bought them.
85 S10 Long Box 2.8l (sold then found out was scrapped after wheels and tires were taken off)
91 Ford Tempo 4 Door (scraped)
89 Honda Accord 4 Door (sold to last owner after fixed)
91 Pontiac Sunbird 2 Door Convertible with a lot of performance upgrades (sold to a friend)
91 Isuzu Impulse (not the RS - turbo version
) (sold to a neighbor)
93 S10 Blazer 4 Door 4x4 4.3 Vortec CFI (current play toy/DD)
75 Chevy Luv (current project)
78 Chevy Luv Mikado (parts truck)
So I have had my variety of playing around with cars. Minus the Accord and Tempo they have all been GM products however.
