THanks for the routing pics! Helps out a bunch i went in last night to rip out the old core got it in and will go home today to do the rest and then I think I should be fine. Drives me crazy like Taz said my old LUV never ever overheated or ran hot. Thats why ive been banging my head. :smt021

just in case those pics arent enough, i snapped a pic of the service manual page showing the cooling system flow rout. With this and the pics of the hoses on engine you should be good to go...
