Do you mean the little blue high density lights?

I don't know where to get them. I am just trying to help you clarify what I think you are looking for.

Yeah I'm sort of confused too, but I'm not really up on what you call all this new headlight technology.

A lot of places make conversion kits to use the small replacable bulbs (H9004?) the two that come to mind are Hella and Cibie. You just need to look for a kit that fits 5 inch sealed beam bulbs for 4 light LUVs, and the larger 7 inch bulbs for 2 light trucks. You could expect to pay less than $200 to convert all 4 bulbs. Once you do, check into using Sylvania Silverstar bulbs, much better light without the cost of HID.

You can probably even find a kit to convert to HID lights, though I bet you'd pay at least $700-800 to convert all 4 lights over.

If you're planning to modify your lights, i would suggest that you upgrade the wiring too. The stock wiring is too small to do any good with replacement bulbs and housings. And the fact that the wiring is old doesn't help matters. With better light assy's, new larger dia wiring and relays is the hot ticket. The extra money spent will get you full benefit from the better bulbs.

I forgot to mention that. Just reworking the stock wiring to run relays powered directly from the battery would be a big step up in the amount of light being put out. If you are upgrading the bulbs, relays absolutely should be part of the process.
