Sucky think with express lube joints, (I know, I work at one) is that alot of employees are too worried about their "bay times" to think about the quality of their work and skip the stuff that they don't think the average person would check, and then act all innocent like they just happened to miss such a small fitting when they do run into someone who knows as much as they do. Where I work we usualy don't give these asses too many oppurtunities before you're fired. Lucky me to have a high maintainance vehicle so I know how important the little stuff is.
Case and point is that you shouldn't ever believe they'll do it just cause they say they did, check and if you find something, raise hell! They didn't just accidently miss it, they skipped it to save time and thought you were stupid enough not to notice.
Whew. . .had a few lazy co-workers and had to vent my frustrations out. Good info though.
