 Post subject: My fuel problems
PostPosted: Tue Sep 14, 2004 6:02 pm
Well, I think the gas that I put in my LUV had some stuff in it, because you should have seen my fuel filter. I think it was the original one, too. It had so much crap in there. Anyways, I put a new one on, and when I start it, there is barely any fuel in the fuel filter, and when it's not running, it fills up about half way. So, we're going to try and replace the fuel pump, because you can't tear it apart. I was wondering where I could get a new one, if you guys happen to know any cheap places. Or if I could just run down to Napa if they have one.

Thanks
Jaret

You'll be better off getting a universal. I got a $30 inline universal from Napa, the stock replacement was like $165!
