HEY I HAVE A STOCK 79 LUV AND AM GOING TO PUT A MAGNAFLOW ON IT. THE MUFFLER IS GOING TO GET PUT ON BEHIND THE REAR AXLE BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT IS BUILT. I WAS JUST WOUNDERING WHAT YOU ALL THOUGHT OF MAGNAFLOW. JAMES

Magnaflow are good but a bit much for a 4 banger.
I found the Dyno max website and had a great selection of muffler SIZES to fit in small places.
On my 521 pickup I got a SuperTurbo 1.75 in

If I would do it again I would go with a 2 or 3 chamber turbo to keep it a bit more quite. When it get up there it can have that I sound like a stock Honda with a go faster muffler.

Those straight thru mufflers only sound right if you have a dual sidedraft carb set up otherwise it can sound abit thingy(Bumble Bee in a can).

I have also a Stainless Dynomax ultra flow on my dual Mikuni carbed 510 but when it warms up its not really loud. When pressed I have more carb intake noise than exhaust. But when I had a weber DGV on there it was more go fast muffler sound than real fast. (you know what I mean!!!!)
