what would a 4bbl do to a 1.8 would it smother it or make it scream! i know they make webbers and other carbs that are 2bbl hi-performance but i want more air and fuel!!!more power!!! cause i got some plans for this little 1.8

a 4 barrel is way too much for a 1.8. you might could get buy with a real small 4 barrel, but would probably get better performance out of a weber. weber makes 2 carbs for the luv. a 32/36 dgv which is the stock replacement that everyone uses. they also make a high performance 38 dgv. which is for highly modified motors. this would probably be your best option.
