I installed my 79 Luvs carb on my 75 Luv and was wondering if anyone knew of any differences in adjustments that I might need to make.

Both should be generally the same, unless one was CA emmisions equiped.

Follow the manual if you have any doubts about the installation, but as far as I remember, there are no differences, assuming he had it set up right.
