does anyone know where to get a bearing and seal kit for the 4 sp transmission of a 1980 luv 4/4?

One option you could upgrade to Isuzu Trooper 5 Speed 4x4 transmission. You have to shorten the drive shaft, and create a new mount for one of the cross members.
