 Post subject: windshield wiper problem

So i just replaced my windshield wiper motor and switch with a known to good and its still not working... fuse is good.. wires look good.. any ideas?

Lube the swivel points in the wiper transmission, they tend to rust over time & get so hard to move the motor is too weak to operate the wipers.
