It was found in the bed of a 74 luv, I think they may be SK carbs. But have no idea what it will fit.

My guess is a MG.

I am going to agree. Looks a lot like the late 70s MG that was being stored in my garage a few years ago.

I made the ladder racks out of 1 3/4"X3/4" box, used 1 1/2" angle for the base. Made one that followed the body line and made my templet off of that one. Sprayed them with some bed liner and called it good.

Those carbs are SU's . If the diameter across the inlet hole, at the air filter, is 1 1/8, then they are H-1s. If the diameter is 1 1/4 then they are H2s. I think there are H-3 & H-4s. The H-1s were for British engines of about 1,000 CCs. The H-2s are for the 1275CC engines. 3's and 4's were for the 1600cc and greater engines. I have a 1275 Bug Eye and a 948 bugeye sprite but the intake manifolds do not have as many linkage brackets cast into it. It is said that the British Spitfire fighter had SUs on the Merlin engine. I don't know for sure. And....those of us who have these carbs can hardly figure outd how to adjust them in the first place. But once they get tuned right, they run good. Those could be MG1600 carbs which are on the MGB. Don

That fits with what I was thinking. The one being stored in our garage was an MGB. The air cleaner looks really close too.
