alright short rundown of some of the bigger things to remove.. the copper tube that runs from the exhaust manifold to the bottom of the intake manifold, it comes off, plug the hole in the exhaust with a pipe plug, the one on the intake manifold with either a plate or weld the hole shut. IT MUST be air tight, remove the air pump and the hoses attached to it,plug all the open holes from it. plug the holes that are over the exhaust manifold from the air injection rail the 4 holes with the copper tubes, plug with a 14mmx1.25 threaded plug (i made my own since the only thing i could find with the right threads is a spark plug, there should end up being a few extra vacuum ports on the base of your carb which you can plug with vacuum plugs from any part store.
there is a hose that goes from the valve cover to the base of the carb its only about 6" long and 1/4" wide leave that one there, also if your keeping the stock carb you can keep the stock air cleaner and keep using the PCV valve, which is the port on top rear of the valve cover, if you take it off it will need to be routed to a filter or charcoal canister or it will make an annoying oily smell... mine just vents to the air and i can smell it when im at a light or in traffic. also there should be a diagram of the entire emissions system on the unders ide of your hood, i used it to help me track down the emissions parts on my luv its pretty handy if your unsire of what your lookin at
