Can someone tell me if all Luv wiper motors are slow. Mine were
very slow, I changed the motor and it improved the speed but not
much. High speed is still slower than low on either of my other
vehicles.

I use Rain-X on my windows, and then you hardly ever need the wipers more than one wipe now and then.
