I have a 1972 G180 with a 4spd (2wd) and a 1979 G180 with an automatic, will the motor out of the 79 bolt up to the bellhousing on the 4spd in the 72??

Is the engine in the '72 a G180Z like the '79 or is it the stock '72 1.8L engine? They are two different models/styles of engine. The tranny will bolt to the engine but the flywheel/engine plate may not interchange between the two engine types.
