Nobody responds to my new questions unless I make a new post.

I'm rebuilding my carb and got a rebuild kit and everything, I sprayed some carb cleaner in the holes and flipped it upside down to empty out the excess cleaner, and a little red ball fell out. I know this is an important piece, but I don't know which hole it fell out of... any ideas?

Or if anybody knows about carbs I really need some help, if so I'd appreciate it if you gave me a call at 425-322-9932 (it's my girlfriend's phone so ask for Brandon)

There are two little check balls in the carb. The one most likely is the one that sets in the bottom of the accelerator pump well. If you removed the piston it will fall out if you turn it over. The other one is inside a port near the pump well but it stays there unless you remove the screw cap and spring that holds it in.

regarding DCP 340 HITACHI

which side does check ball go on? left or right side of the carb?
inlet or outlet of the carb.

the truck engine when turned over was racing through the roof EXTREMELY high idle.
