I have a 78 Luv that i am restoring and i need a front bumper, does anyone know of an aftermarket company that sells these new?

There are none.
And finding a straight used one may take you quite a while and still be expensive.

If you still have your old front bumper, even if its bent, it can be straightend and replated for around $250.00 by a chrome shop.

Mine was pretty mangled and it turned out like new for $230.00.
