iv got a 78 luv and im trying to put the distributor in but im not sure what way it goes need pics

Yeah, pretty much. The round thing the vacuum hose attaches to goes toward the carb and the condenser toward the front.

Check general automotive and you should find out how.If not go to your library or get a Chilton manual.If you do not engage the oil pump drive(if the luv uses one) correctly you will starve the motor of oil and fry it!

thanks guys just worked on it for 10 mins and got her running. maybe theres still something left in that motor. well if it aint broke dont fix it
