Hello guys! I just recently replaced my stock carb with a weber 38 and I had a little issues after the installation but the finally got it to run perfect, until yesterday, when I went to start the truck in the morning it started to run crappy and it felt like it was missing alot. I rechecked everything and I decided to take a spark plug out to check them out and I found out that all the spark plugs are filled with carbon and they are just a week old. Am I getting too much fuel? or do I need better spark plugs? Please help....

thanks in advance
