I Currently have a 1978 Luv that i have I keep running into problem after problem. After my friend pulled off the front fender we found rust and i mean a lot of it we were suprised the front clip was still on. this was of course after we had tore out the flooring and found that the cab wasin conected anywhere it has been a long and exciting and depressing ride but we decided that if we were going to redo the frame work we would need more than the little space I have been given so we are going to be taking it up to pull n save later this week But the good news is i found a 1980 Luv Its blue and it is running and i havent seen the body yet but ill be sure to be looking at rust dont wanna have another 100 dollars down. I will be looking at it this weekend and im excited and hope that i will get the 500 dollars for it by then

If that's a running, driving truck, I'd give some of the forumites here a shot at it. That thing is probably way more salvageable and useful than you realize. Don't give it to a scrap yard.

Why don't you post some pics? You could part it out here and make way more money than the salvage yard is going to give you.
