Hi guys..haven't posted for a while. Just finished pulling out my 4 banger and I'm ready to do the complete rebuild. Problem is..I cannot find any pistons. All the parts houses here say that they are 'obsolete'. Any body out there have a source for the stock 1.8 liter pistons???? Thanks for your suggestions...Don.

If push comes to shove, there is a company called Egge in I believe Santa Fe Springs, CA He buys a lot of the obsolete stock. Just hang onto your pants as to pricing.

Hi Group...Sorry I'm late in responding. I did read all your suggestions and I ended up getting them from a guy in Florida from E-bay. The funny thing was, he had them 'drop-shipped' from The L.A. area. The pistons and rings were delivered quickly and I took the block to the machinist this morning. My parts supplier--Checker--now says he may not be able to get the main and rod bearings. I may be looking all over again. Thanks for your help....Don
