When I turn on the lights it makes the master fuse blow. The only way it doesn't is if I disconnect the rear lights from the fuse block

Sounds like a short in the tail light wires

Light issue was resolved already but its just the blinkers now

Probably a long shot but make sure your battery has a good charge. When I switched my front signals to LED I was having a lot of trouble getting them to work until I tried to start the engine. It was completely dead, when I jumped and started it the lights were working fine.

Yeah I have good charge... Not a battery problem...
