Charge. Likely an alternator problem.

If you describe the exact problem maybe someone has an answer, worth a try anyways...

so i was getting some after effects due to that hurricane up in northern indiana. and was out in my luv. i got stuck about 20 times in flooded roads trying to ease my way thru. so i had to go thru some pretty high water. i ended up stoping and leaving it at a guys house. came back had to change the plugs, and flood it out. but when i started driving it away it would keep dying when the "C" would light up. after words it would stay running. if anyone has an idea i have a week off coming up and would like to be able to fix it. thanks. by the way my truck is lowered so i had alot more water touching the truck then normal.

I would say that the regualtor has got wet.

Swap it out with another one and see if that fixes it.

Bob.
