They're gray /tan like they are supposed to be. I've tried bosch platinums and autolites and it doesn't help. It seems to run better cold than it does when it warms up. Weird, huh? Later :twisted: -TAZ

hhmmm let`s see what is your water temp ok. my camaro was like that after it warmed up turned out to be the water pump. the coolant in the radiator would stay cool but the engine would get really hot and ping. the impeller in the pump fell off and wouldn`t circulate any coolant. i really can`t think of what else it could be. fuel timing and compression the next thing would be hot spots in the cooling system. you could pull your top radiator hose to see if you have good flow through your system. well i`m out of suggestions . later
