 Post subject: Wheels - stock or not?

Does anyone recognize these wheels? I haven't seen them on any other LUV's. Are they suppose to have an inner hub cap besides the chrome ring? I have the spoke type on my truck but I got these when I bought the truck as a spare set.

Alright thanks, I know the original owner and thought he was the one who put them in the truck but he didn't know. He sold the truck to another person who sold it to me. I don't communicate with that person any more so I guess it will remain a mystery as to why they were in the truck. They do fit though.
