i had another luv sick day and im not talking about u luvsick. my truck has been vibrating a little latley i thought it was just a u joint so i was driving it as little as possible but i had to take my sis somewhere cause i had the only running car at home and its just down the block so i figured it was ok so i dropped her off and on the way home all of the sudden it was vibrating like hell and just this offul sound.so i stopped the truck got out looked under and my rear axle was at a 15 degree angle face the ground. and my drive shaft poped out of my transmissin and wedged on the lip of the tail of the transmission. so i spent about 2 hours trying to get it out and un wedged. i finally got my dad and he borrowed a 5 foot pry bar from this guy that i had been talking to while i worked on i witch was cool cause i didn't get mad at my truck cause i was talking but n e ways we got the pry bar and put it over the drive shaft and pryed against the other leaf spring and with about 350lbs on the pry bar it popped out. but to kinda of make it worse as i was working on it before my dad came this lady came up and asked if i could work on her truck if i wasn't already to busy but that was my raint for today. i got something out of this though. my grandpa gave me and my dad an arc welder cause i told him i was going to have to either fab or fix my old axle mounts so he said if i wanted his its mine. and i have something to do now till i start work. matt

pulkl your driveline and check the slip yoke, it might be on its way out.
