So my 79' 4x4 parts truck for my 76' has that cool looking guard in the front under the bumper. I tried getting it off today and putting it on the 76', but it was hell trying to get it off, and it still isnt off yet. Anyone got any ideas??

If they won't come off with an impact wrench or you don't have one, soak the nuts in PB Blaster and wait about 15 minutes. If they won't loosen up with PB Blaster, I bring out the torch and heat the nuts up for about 60 seconds and that frees them up. This method has worked for me many times in the past when nuts and bolts are rust welded together. Just remember to use new nuts when installing on the other truck as the heat will distort the old
nuts.

I only got the front 2 bolts out, i couldnt find any others. And i got tired of using a hammer to try and get it free.
